TIPS FOR USE:
“Brief Relaxation For Children” is designed for settings where time constraints limit the frequency of use. Relaxation, like any new skill requires practice and is best performed several times weekly.
“Relaxation For Children” and “Brief Relaxation For Children” are for children aged five to eleven years old in any group program including school, after school care, summer camp, sports, dance, drama, music etc to help children calm down before nap time, to foster creativity, to help improve success with tests, sports, performances, to learn to emotion control, to help overcome trauma and to promote health & well- being. This recording is also ideal for any child to use at home to help improve quality of life by promoting positive mood and restful sleep.
